Home Remodeling & Construction in Orlando, FL

Casa Mia Services remodels and builds across Orlando — from the 1920s bungalows of College Park and Lake Eola Heights to the New Urbanist streets of Baldwin Park and homes throughout the city. It's where much of our recent work sits, including full bathroom remodels, a kitchen transformation, a home addition, and a detached ADU. As a licensed Certified Building Contractor with more than 16 years in Central Florida, we personally manage every Orlando project — no job-stacking, no account managers, just quality work from start to finish.

We work all over Orlando — College Park, Baldwin Park, Thornton Park, Lake Eola Heights, and the neighborhoods in between — on everything from a single bathroom to a ground-up addition or accessory dwelling unit. Several of our recent projects are right here in Orlando, so it's a city we know street by street.

Phoenix Bath Remodel

Full bathroom remodel in Orlando. We removed the tub and extended the shower into a zero-ledge, doorless walk-in, tiled the walls all the way to the ceiling, and ran new flooring through the bathroom and into the shower with a brushed-gold trough drain. The new vanity has a single sink with two faucets beneath a 48" mirror and a new vanity light, paired with a new toilet (the old medicine cabinet was removed). New frosted-glass 30" slab doors were added for the master closet and the bathroom entry, with a barn door and tile carried up to the door frame. In the spare bedrooms, the basic bi-fold closet doors were swapped for bi-fold barn doors with shaker-style panels.

Minaret Kitchen Remodel

Full kitchen remodel in Orlando. The client wanted to open up the kitchen and move the entrance to a new location, anchored by a large new island and added pantry cabinets. We installed new white all-wood shaker cabinets with quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, 42" wall cabinets, and an in-cabinet trash bin — all finished with brushed-gold hardware. New LVP flooring runs throughout, with recessed can lighting and added fixtures, extra outlets (including a floor outlet in the living room under the sofa), and a single trough sink.

Minaret Addition

Home addition in Orlando. We enclosed the existing carport and added square footage at the back of the house. The new space includes a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a new bathroom, and an extra room at the rear — which the client uses as a dog and cat room — opening to the back porch through a new sliding glass door. We matched the new roof to the home's existing tile-shingle style, repiped the whole house, installed LVP flooring throughout, and fitted new impact-resistant windows.

Pinerock ADU

This Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in Orlando is a fully independent studio with its own bathroom, built so the homeowner could rent it out and help offset their mortgage. A detached structure separate from the main house, it runs entirely on its own systems — HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Constructed from CMU block with a shed roof, the unit has its own electrical sub-panel for easy service and diagnostics, plus its own sewage pump tied into the primary home's sewage system.
